1 Write

Write the thought you're having now and seal the page. You have six hours to correct it, then it's in ink. Every page stays yours to read, always.

2 See yourself

Every five pages, InnerSelf measures your pages on your phone and tells you what you're saying about the things you write about most, and how that has changed since you started, quoting your own words.

3 Change

Choose one thing to work on: confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, putting things off or smoking. One guided track a day for twenty-one days. Rate yourself before and after, and watch your own line move.

What people ask.

Is my journal private?: Yes. Your pages are stored encrypted on your phone and there is no copy on our servers. Only the words you ask for a reply on, and the sentences InnerSelf reads from your pages once you allow it, are sent: encrypted, read once, never stored by us and never used to train AI.
What happens after the seven days?: One subscription keeps writing, replies, InnerSelf and InnerWork open. Without one, every page you've written stays yours to read, search and export.
Do I need an account?: No. Signing in is optional, and an account never holds your pages.
Is it on Android?: InnerNote comes to iPhone first. Android follows.
